Speaking and Mentoring

Being plugged into an expansive network of disabled change-makers and pioneers, there are so many stories, lived experiences and real-life examples to share with our clients. Alloy Worldwide offers workshops and panel talks on a vast array of topics around disability. These can be tailored to clients’ needs to guarantee content resonates with the people it faces, and inspire positive cultural change.

We work with organisations and their senior leadership teams to provide an increased understanding of the true importance that comes with embedding inclusivity into all parts of their business - for their employees, but also for the clients they face.

Consulting

We provide consulting services for corporate teams who have an ambition to improve how they attract and retain diverse ranges of talent, and the inclusiveness of their work environment. We do this through through end-to-end process management within existing structures. We do this drawing on unique experienced gained of advocating for better accessibility and inclusion of colleagues and stakeholders with disabilities from inside large organisations.

When embarking on a creative project, taking an idea from concept to reality involves many stages. Having a depth of experience in both corporate and creative worlds, we work with teams on projects to strengthen production processes, optimising practical solutions to enhance accessibility and inclusion of everyone involved, especially disabled and neurodiverse people.
